Vendor Village

Vendor Village is the heart of our event, featuring a variety of local businesses, organizations, and artisans showcasing their products and services. It's the perfect opportunity for attendees to shop, explore, and connect with vendors offering unique items, delicious food, and engaging experiences. From handmade crafts to community resources, Vendor Village provides something for everyone while supporting local businesses and our cause. Don't forget to stop by and discover all the amazing offerings!

Attendance

We have hundreds of people attend Run for A-Rare-Ness and Wiffle for a cure.

Vendor Expectations for Vendor Village

Setup Time: All vendors must be fully set up by 7:30 AM. Early access for setup will be available starting at 6:00 AM. Night-before setup is available from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, but please note that the event organizers are not responsible for any items left overnight.
Space Allocation: Each vendor will be provided a 12' x 12' space. Please ensure your setup (tent, table, displays) fits within this space.
Electricity: Electricity is not available unless specifically arranged in advance. If you require electricity, please notify us during registration.
Unique Vendors: To provide a diverse experience, we do not allow duplicate vendors offering the same products or services. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and for removing all items and trash at the end of the event.
