Thank you for participating in our 2026 Creative Camps at KANEKO! We look forward to meeting your camper for Creative Camp: The Nature Conservancy.

Please note the following pertinent information regarding your upcoming week of camp:

Camp Times, Pick-up & Drop-off

Camp begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. each day. Doors to KANEKO will open at 8:45 a.m., and campers should be picked up no later than 4:15 p.m. KANEKO is located at 1111 Jones St. in the Old Market. Please use the main entrance when dropping off and picking up your camper, which is located at the Southeast corner of 11th and Jones.

To ensure the safety of your camper, we ask that you approach the main atrium entrance when picking up your child(ren) and check out with our Counselors each day. Campers will NOT be released to anyone who is not on the Authorized Pick-Up List for their camper. We ask that you come with an ID to ensure that we are safely releasing campers to those authorized. If you have not filled out the Authorized Pick-Up Form, please contact curtis@thekaneko.org.

Refreshments & Lunches

We have worked diligently to provide campers with a unique, nutritious, and tailored experience for their camp lunches. If these lunch options are of no interest to your learner, feel free to pack your camper a lunch.

Snacks and water will be provided throughout Camps. We do recommend campers bring their own reusable water bottles.

Note: Upon registration, you informed us if your learner has any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will be using that to communicate with the caterers. If you forgot, have any changes, or wish to confirm, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing curtis@thekaneko.org.

Photo and Video Release: As a part of your registration, you agreed to a photo and video release. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Phone policy: Our goal is to provide all campers with an explorative experience filled with unique and distraction-free opportunities. All camper’s phones will be checked in each morning, with breaks scheduled throughout the day. Campers are always accessible by reaching the KANEKO phones at (402) 341-3800.

End of Camp Celebration

While participating in the camps, your camper will be creating bodies of work that will be shown in the KANEKO galleries. We will be hosting our annual exhibition opening for friends and families of campers at the end of the summer. Keep your eyes on your inbox as more information is to come!
