WB 2026 Sponsors

Exciting news! Habitat for Humanity of Butte County’s 2026 Women Build Fundraiser is scheduled for May 1–2, and we’re inviting local businesses to partner with us as event sponsors. Women Build brings together women, men, civic groups, and local companies for two energizing days of hands-on building and fundraising—directly supporting safe, affordable homeownership with people in our community.

Last year, more than 60 participants and 25 businesses joined us in our successful 4th year of this project. We are now planning for year 5 as we expand our construction work across Butte County. Since the Camp Fire, Habitat has built 28 homes (22 in Paradise), and 20 of these families are single moms or single dads. Sponsorships make this progress possible by helping us build each home at a no profit rate with affordable mortgage terms—opening doors for families who otherwise could not afford a place to call home.

As we invite you to this project, we want to note the upcoming 2026 corporate tax law changes that may affect charitable deductions. For many businesses, giving before the end of the 2025 tax year may provide greater tax advantages than waiting until 2026. We encourage you to speak with your tax advisor soon to determine the most beneficial timing for your philanthropic contributions.

• Your business receives year-long marketing and recognition opportunities (see enclosed flyer).
• Sponsors are invited to our annual Thanks for Giving appreciation event in November.

Our goal is to build 6–10 homes per year and sustain this momentum for the next decade. With your partnership, we can continue addressing the local housing shortage and strengthening the communities where your employees and customers live.
