Every year the Schaghticoke Food Pantry has been able to provide holiday food baskets for our clients who come to the pantry on a regular basis. Last year we provided 44 full meal boxes for Thanksgiving with extra food for the family. We did the same for Christmas. Each box contains approximately $125 in food and supplies for a family for the particular holiday. We are asking for the community to help us out this year as you have in the past. This year is complicate by changes in food funding and availability as well as an increase in the number of families seeking assistance. Please know your financial gifts are applied directly to purchasing the items we need to provide complete healthy meals. Thank you for participating.
