The Karen Beard Memorial Literacy Fund

Karen Beard was a wife, mom, Gram, Nana, Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library patron, and educator who believed fervently in the power of reading.  In celebration of her life and impact on many, the Karen Beard Memorial Literacy Fund has been established to promote the love of reading through delightful books and engaging programming at the Library.
