In Honor of Kathy McA'Nulty

Hi Friends.

Last month we lost a special member of our community:  Kathy McA'Nulty. 💔

For 36 years, Kathy dedicated her life to animal welfare as the Charlestown ACO, as well as supporting other animal causes like SOSARL whenever and however she could.

One such case was Ajax (FKA Chives Herb), an SOS dog who was adopted as a young pup and returned one year later as not good with other dogs.  We were desperate for housing, and Kathy graciously opened the CAS facility to him and our ABC team for several weeks until we could find him a foster home.  Ajax was in SOS foster for over two years (search the FB Group and you will see MANY posts of him)...and has refused to leave the SOS family ever since, but his story may have ended much differently without Kathy stepping up and being there for him and us.  

We are gathering a donation to make to the Friends of the Charlestown Animal Shelter in Kathy's honor.  Please use this campaign to donate if you would like to recognize Kathy's life and legacy.

Please keep the Kathy's friends and family in your thoughts.  Kathy will be dearly missed by many humans and animals alike.
