I hope this letter finds you well. My name is May Ramos, and I am the volunteer Fundraising Director of the Holliston Parent Teachers Organization (PTO). We support the entire Holliston School district, which has approximately 3,000 students and 600 staff. We recently launched our annual fundraising campaign, "Keep What You Love," to ensure we can continue to provide the programs our educators, students, and their families rely upon. I am excited to announce that our parents and school community have already raised over $5,500 toward our fundraising goal of $10,000! We are now shifting our focus to seeking contributions from generous local businesses that are investing in our community to help match these funds and assist us in reaching our goal. Your donation, regardless of the amount, will have a significant impact and demonstrate your commitment to supporting education and the future leaders of our wonderful town. 

In appreciation, we will publicly acknowledge your business on our website’s campaign donor wall and in our electronic newsletter, which reaches over 3,500 subscribers. We must receive your donation by November 28 for inclusion in our December 1st newsletter or December 28 for our January 1st newsletter.
