If you follow me on social media, you've probably seen my various posts and stories about the incredible services and programs Kehillat Harlem offers to the Harlem (and NYC) Jewish community. From services and meals every week, to classes, holiday programming, and social events, Kehillat Harlem provides Jewish folks from all backgrounds and observance levels with a path to connect to Judaism through ways that feel meaningful to them.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗺:
- I joined KH's board in January 2023 as its youngest member
- Read Megillat Esther for the women's megillah reading
- Enjoyed delicious meals prepared by Rabbi Kyle and chef Jeremy
- Made challah for Rosh Hashanah
- Read torah in the first torah KH reading open to all genders
- Read torah and did hagbah for the first-ever Harlem women's Rosh Chodesh minyan and torah reading!

- Bonded with women at the Rosh Chodesh Social
- Made new friends who came to check out KH and welcomed them into our community

This humble synagogue in Central Harlem has supported and enriched so many people's lives - and it would be so wonderful if you can help it continue to do so!
