Kent State Women's Rugby has qualified for the

Collegiate Rugby Championship!

Also known as May Madness 7s, this is the largest college rugby tournament in the nation, including over 100 teams. This year there will be six hours of live coverage on the CBS Sports Network for the men's and women's matches, in addition to coverage on The Rugby Network.

Though affiliated with Kent State University, the club is self-sufficient and relies solely on its players, alumni, and sponsors for all financial support. Each active player is held to a high academic standard and is required to represent themselves, the university, and the overall club in a professional manner both on and off the field.

Estimated costs:

Lodging: $3,000

Travel: $8,000

Kit: $1,000

Food: $1,500

Biggest Fan Sponsor:

All donations $100+ receive a signed team photo & social media recognition

Blue Sponsor:

All donations $175+ will get their name or business logo on the team's warm up shirts, along with the Biggest Fan Sponsor Level

Gold Sponsor:

All donations $250+ will receive their own shirt with their name / logo, along with the Blue Sponsor Level

Lightning Sponsor:

All donations $500+ will receive the Gold Sponsor Level, and their name / business logo on all team apparel

Ultimate Flash Sponsor:

All donations $1,000+ will receive Lighting Sponsor Level, and their name / business logo on team banner to be displayed at all competitions for Fall 2022 & Spring 2023 seasons, along with name / business logo on team website

Deadline to get logos on team apparel for NOLA tour is May 10th, 2022.

Donations will be accepted through the end of the trip. Any sponsorships (Blue Level and up) received after this date will still be honored on team apparel for the Fall 2022 / Spring 2023 seasons.
