Thank you for registering for 36 for the kids!

The kickoff 5k walk/run is on August 19th at 10am located at our office in Fenton - 2325 W, Shiawassee Ave! Please arrive by 9:45am

After the 5k, the 36 day event is officially started! Here is the list of workouts you can choose from. Complete 1 a day for 36 days!

o 1 – Run 3 miles (or walk 45 minutes)
o 2 – CrossFit workout of the day from HQ
o 3 – 50 push-ups, 100 sit – ups, 150 Squats
o 4 – 50 Burpees
o 5 – 60 minutes of biking
