Donate to Plant & Soul California

Hi everyone! 

We at CNGF are raising $250,000 to:

1. Complete a name transition and rebrand: We are changing our name to Plant & Soul California. We have the domain names and will have a new brand and website completed by September 30, 2025!
2. Match funding from a Rotary Grant in order to buy a second truck: We recently won a matching grant for $15k to buy a truck to allow us to have 2 crews, ideally 1 completing new design construction and 1 completing garden maintenance. To get this money, we need to raise $30,000 ourselves to be able to buy the truck, of which $15,000 will be reimbursed by the Rotary Club of Downtown San Jose.
3. Updates to our main garden at ELSEE to host more events: We want to see you and hear you at our crown jewel! To do so, we need to complete some kitchen redesign, clear out unnecessary trees and debris, move our compost system, build new fencing, and other similar rebuilding and maintenance work.
4. Relaunch our educational programs: Through this transition, we miss having our garden filled with kids and families are asking us when we are going to have programs again. We hope that either by fall 2025, or late winter 2026, we can begin hosting families are our garden again. It just depends on how fast we raise the money!
