I'm Yaz Canli, the writer/director/actor of this raw and unflinching indie film that sheds light on a woman's life with mental health challenges on and off the street through the lens of authenticity and compassion. Telling Mina's story has been an incredible filmmaking journey operating with no budget and an extraordinary experience of hope with hundreds of people coming together to support the cause of raising awareness for mental health and homelessness. It takes a village and it truly did. THANK YOU to our wonderful cast, crew and non-profit supporters DWC, The People's Concern, LAHSA, NAMI, USC and more.

First we couldn't even believe we got the film shot and finished as a piece of impact filmmaking and then to receive such heartfelt feedback from communities at our festival run and non-profit educational screenings proved how much we all crave to come together in unity during these challenging times and how much stories like Mina's are needed right now.

So we decided to take it further and make this powerful film available to everybody at home on streaming platforms... but we need your help!

We are 100% self funded - no budget - indie filmmakers driving for a humanitarian cause and in order to get this film out to YOU now and spread the message we need $8,000.
