Life Changers, Inc. is a reentry program that serves youth offenders rejoining society as an adult. Our goal is to provide wrap-around services that include transitional housing, job readiness training, education, and trade skills that will enable our residents to reach their maximum potential. Our aim is to put our residents on track to become productive citizens in their communities, adding value to our society.
