Phoenix is known for having some of the most brutal triple digit summers in the nation. At Pitch Initiative, we believe access to housing and basic necessities is a fundamental human right. Honoring our commitment to social responsibility means caring for the marginalized and showing up for the communities who need it most.

Beat the Heat is an annual program that supplies vital summertime essentials to the vulnerable unhoused community in the Phoenix metro area. All funds raised will be allocated towards creating positive impact through providing life-saving relief such as water, hygiene products, cooling towels, and even pet food and booties. If you or your organization prefer to donate items directly, our drop off location is 4745 N. 7th St. Ste 140, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
