EXCITING NEWS!!

We are thrilled to share that, thanks to the incredible generosity of our band family, alumni, and community, we have successfully purchased a fully reconditioned semi-trailer! This is a monumental step forward, and we couldn't have done it without YOU. The trailer has been delivered to the vendor for the interior retrofits and exterior design work.

Through our trailer campaign donation site, we raised an astounding $176,282! In addition, we received another $35,000 through offline donations, checks, company matching, and donor-advised funds. These extra funds allowed us to purchase additional much-needed equipment, including two smaller tow-behind trailers—essential additions to our transportation fleet that will support future growth.

ABOUT THE CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

The Hebron Band’s trailer (aka “The Beast”) has traveled its last journey. Built in 1987 and acquired by The Hebron Band Booster Club in 2007, it faithfully served its purpose for many years but has far exceeded its life expectancy.

With your help, we will purchase a semi-trailer configured to safely and efficiently transport essential instruments and equipment to all our band events near and far, creating opportunities for Hebron Band students for many years to come.

In gratitude, your name can be proudly displayed on the trailer wrap (deadline April 1, 2025), in the band hall, or in our concert program(s) depending on your level of donation. Together we can fuel our band’s future!
