On October 24, 2017, my best friend, Amanda “Mandy” Faye Fogg, died by suicide. Her passing changed everything. She was full of light, laughter, and love but like too many, she struggled in silence. In her memory, I founded The Mandy Foundation (TMF) to do what she never got the chance to fully see through: to create a world where mental health is talked about, supported, and protected openly, compassionately, and without shame.

The Mandy Foundation is for everyone because mental health matters to all of us. Whether you're a student, parent, first responder, veteran, public servant, or simply someone who cares, TMF exists to support, educate, and stand beside you. Our mission is to advance suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and education by promoting community-driven, culturally sensitive, and person-centered approaches.
