LAD Youth Fund

What does LAD's Youth Fund do?

  • We provide resources for programs and activities that directly benefit deaf youth: These include leadership development, mentoring, social-emotional learning, after-school activities, community engagement, and volunteering. These initiatives are an investment in our future, to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in school, work, and life. By providing resources and support, these funds can help young people overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

  • LAD wants to empower deaf youth to become active participants in their communities: We encourage deaf youth to advocate for change and participate in decision-making processes. This helps young people develop a sense of civic responsibility and empowers them to make a positive impact on their communities. NAD's Youth Leadership Camp (YLC) is one example of what we use this fund for. Thank you in advance for your support!
