Hi, I'm Chloe. This is my fourth year on the LASA Debate team and my first year as a co-captain. It's been an incredible experience from learning about international relations and the intricacies of policy making to gaining critical thinking and argument skills to developing life-long friendships on the team and the national circuit. Because of the pandemic, debate tournaments have been almost entirely online, but this year we are finally getting back to having the privilege of traveling around the country attending national tournaments. Being on the LASA Debate team has made me strongly believe in the purpose of making debate accessible to everyone who wants to participate. With this is mind and due to a lack of school funding, your donation is essential in making that idea possible!
