Everyone deserves access to justice, regardless of their ability to pay.

For individuals and families facing serious legal challenges, having someone on their side can make all the difference. At the Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino (LASSB), we believe no one should have to face the justice system alone simply because they cannot afford an attorney.

As a nonprofit organization, LASSB provides free civil legal services to low-income individuals and families throughout San Bernardino County, helping our neighbors navigate legal challenges that affect their housing, safety, financial stability, and well-being.

Our work touches the lives of seniors protecting their independence, survivors seeking safety, veterans navigating legal challenges, and families working toward a more secure future.

In 2025 alone, LASSB served more than 7,500 clients, positively impacting over 21,000 household members. Behind every number is a real person, a family, and a story of hope.

Your Support Makes Justice Possible

The need for free legal assistance continues to grow, and we cannot meet that need alone.

When you donate to or sponsor the Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino, you do more than support an organization. You help someone protect their home, find safety, preserve their rights, and move forward with dignity and hope.

Your generosity helps us reach more vulnerable residents, strengthen our services, and remove barriers that prevent people from receiving the legal help they need.

Whether you’re an individual donor, business, law firm, or community partner, your support is an investment in stronger families, safer communities, and a more accessible justice system.

Become a sponsor. Make a donation. Help change a life.

Together, we can build a community where justice is not determined by someone’s financial circumstances.

Because justice should be within everyone’s reach.
