Seating Information

This sponsorship includes open seating.

In past years, some tables or individual seats were reserved by sponsor or guest name. That will not apply to this sponsorship level in 2027.

Reserved tables will be available only for Champion of Justice and Leader of Justice sponsors. Guardian of Justice sponsors and their guests may choose available seats upon arrival.

Guests who would like to sit together should arrive early and enter the ballroom as a group.

Guest Information

You do not need to know all four guest names when purchasing your sponsorship.

During checkout, enter your name as the primary guest and select “Apply to all bundle tickets.” This allows you to complete your purchase and provide the remaining names later.

Please email guest names and meal selections to communications@legalaidofsb.org by February 1, 2027. If we have not received your information by then, a member of our team will reach out to help finalize your registration.

If you are unable to use one or more of your tickets, please let us know as soon as possible. With your approval, we can donate unused tickets to local students, community partners, or aspiring legal professionals who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend.

Releasing unused tickets helps us plan meals responsibly, avoid unnecessary costs, and ensure every available seat supports the purpose of the evening.

Your Guardian of Justice sponsorship helps expand access to legal services while connecting your organization with community leaders, legal professionals, and supporters who believe justice should be available to everyone.
