At Lights Camera Discover, we believe every young person deserves the chance to discover their potential and create a future filled with purpose. Our Youth Internship Program gives transition-aged youth (16–24) real-world experience in digital media, filmmaking, photography, podcasting, and graphic design, while developing vital workforce readiness, leadership, and communication skills.

Many of our interns come from underserved backgrounds, facing barriers such as financial hardship, limited access to higher education, or unstable housing. Through this paid internship, we provide more than just technical training — we offer mentorship, structure, and belonging. Interns learn by doing: creating community projects, assisting in youth programs, and gaining hands-on experience that prepares them for college, employment, or entrepreneurship.
