The purpose of the L-CMD Research Foundation (501c3) is to fund research and advance treatments and ultimately a cure for the rare and fatal childhood disease, L-CMD (LMNA-related congenital muscular dystrophy). Austin Corman is 20 months old and is severely affected - he cannot even hold up his own head - although he is cognitively very bright. His parents have started this nonprofit to save his life and create treatments where none currently exist. Please join us in this movement to help the kids with this awful muscle-wasting disease.
