Thanks for registering for the 6th Grade Pins night!

When: Friday, March 21, 2025 from 7:00pm-8:15pm

Where: AWR Gymnasium - drop off & pick up from back entrance of school near basketball courts

Cost: Free (water and snack for each student included) - paid for by your class dues!

IMPORTANT:

Do NOT drop off your children or let them walk to the event early without ensuring supervising Chaperones are already at the event. Anyone who does so unfortunately will not be allowed to attend the next PINS event.

Please leave your cell phones at home or they will be collected for safe keeping until the event is over.

Walk-ins are not permitted.

Everyone signed up is expected to play and good sportsmanship rules apply.

Teams will be formed by homerooms. We ask that each class wear the following colors, in order to tell the teams apart. You can wear any variation of the color, but no cut offs or belly shirts.

PINS NIGHT PERMISSION SLIP (Check box in the agree to terms section of checkout)

As with all activities sponsored by the 6^th Grade Committee, this event is designed as an opportunity for this class to get together and have fun. To provide a safe, comfortable environment for everyone's good time, event volunteers will strictly enforce the following rules. The signed permission slip indicates that both student and parent have read and agree to the following:

No student may attend without a signed permission slip. Walk-ins will NOT be admitted.

All school rules will be strictly enforced.

We ask that the students leave cell phones at home. The use of phones will not be necessary during this event. In the event of a situation requiring communication between parent and student, chaperones will be available to assist.

If any inappropriate behavior is observed, the student will be removed and the parents will be contacted to pick up their child immediately. If a parent is not available during this time frame, an alternate will be contacted.

All students must be picked up from the back entrance (near basketball courts) at 8:15 p.m. There will be no curbside pickup. Parents may carpool, but no student is allowed to leave without being signed out by an adult that will be responsible for him/her. If there is an alternate adult pick-up, please include that person's name and phone number below. This is for the safety of all students. Thank you!
