Home is more than just a structure and a location. Home is an ideal; it’s a feeling and a sense of connectedness for which we all long. But, For many people with disabilities in Philadelphia, “home” remains out of reach due to a lack of suitable housing opportunities.

Liberty Housing Development Corporation (LHDCorp) hopes to change that.

A not-for-profit Community Housing Development Organization developing affordable, accessible, integrated housing for people with disabilities and their families, LHDCorp firmly believes that all people with disabilities should have the right to make their own choices and to live independently. The housing units we work with property managers, landlords, and developers to create opportunities for people to do just that.
