Seeds of Faith Inc. was established in 2002 by Theresa Tozier out of her desire to help the homeless. Today, our mission continues to be to provide relief to the homeless, the underprivileged, to feed the hungry, and shelter the broken. The Seeds of Faith Food Pantry in Rollinsford serves over 400 food insecure individuals yearly by providing food and diapers as needed.

Lydia’s House of Hope, a 365-day transitional housing program for up to 25 homeless women and children who have experienced extreme poverty, domestic violence, substance misuse, trafficking, and other unimaginable traumas. We provide families with individual wrap around case management, nurse advocacy, occupational therapy, mental health and substance use counseling, trauma therapy, and over 50 cycling life skills courses, including work readiness, parenting, computer skills, time management, budgeting, cooking, gardening, and so much more! Our home features a commercial kitchen, community garden, gym designed by Planet Fitness, and most importantly: a safe place for healing and growth.

Grace House, established in 2021, is our semi-independent living home which provides graduates of the Lydia's House program with affordable transitional living and continued case management services.
