African Indigenous Mural Project, Kenya Edition
Support the 2nd Annual African Indigenous Mural Project: Bring Kenyan Artists to NYC!
We are excited to present the 2nd Annual African Indigenous Mural Project, featuring murals by two contemporary Kenyan artists: Wanjiku Nderitu of the Kikuyu tribe and Linda Daisy of Luhya tribe whose vibrant work explores identity, heritage, and connection through the lens of African Indigenous traditions.
This year, their murals will be displayed on the fencing at Washington Park in partnership with The Old Stone House, Brooklyn, bringing powerful, culturally rich imagery to the heart of New York City.
We need your support to help make their journey possible by our December 25th deadline!
Your donation will go directly toward sponsoring airfare, meals, and accommodations for each artist during their one-week residency in NYC, where they will engage with the local community through workshops, talks, and public art.
Help us bring these artists' voices and visions to life, and support a creative exchange that celebrates African heritage and uplifts global dialogue through art.
🎨 Make a Donation. Sponsor a Dream. Build a Bridge.
Thank you for being a part of this cultural movement!
