- Coordination and management of cohesive landscaping along North Highland 

 - 1x per week landscape maintenance (blowing, edging, weeding, planter maintenance) and curbside trash pick up via VHDA professional landscaping company for all participating landlords

Safety 

- Coordination of participating landlords to get access to lower off-duty policing costs by economies of scale

Small Business Support

- Consistent and high quality marketing and events to lift foot traffic, awareness, and revenue of the businesses

- Quarterly one-on-one meetings with Co-Founders, Lindsay Wheeler and Katie Voelpel
