Dear Friend of Park View,

The Park View PFA is very excited to announce that the date of our very much anticipate yearly event, The Park View Ladies Night Out, will be held at Smithtown Landing in Smithtown, New York on Wednesday February 4^th, 2026! This annual fundraising event is attended by over 250 women of Kings Park and the surrounding areas. Each year the purpose of the Park View Ladies Night Out, our non-profit’s largest fundraiser, is to use the funds raised to enhance the quality of life and learning of the children and community of Park View Elementary School. This year, our major fundraising goals are all geared toward improving the outdoor play and physical education facilities at Park View Elementary.

We intend to use funds raised to:

- Update playground equipment to ensure that all safety standards are met

- Provide more age-appropriate equipment for our growing Pre-K and Kindergarten population

- Redesign and paint the blacktop area with various games, courts and stimuli

- Promote more outdoor play for the purposes of both physical/health education and mental improvement, as well as fostering friendships and team play.

Our hope is to partner with our families and supporters so that our children’s and community’s needs may be met exceedingly.

We are seeking businesses, companies, families, and individuals that would SPONSPOR TABLE CENTERPIECES at our event. Your minimum donation of $150 will provide our organization with the much-needed funds to offset the overhead costs, while YOU receive both verbal and written accolades in the form of:

An 8x10 framed business sign on your sponsored table
A business card sent home with each of your table guests
Ad space in the event program
Recognition on our social media pages and website
