The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) is dedicated to transforming the criminal justice system by working to ensure our communities are safe & whole. ARC empowers those who are formerly and currently incarcerated by providing a support network and comprehensive reentry services, so as to reduce recidivism.
