Through dynamic workshops and ongoing coaching, The Torch Foundation equips teens with self-awareness, resilience, and the skills needed to build healthy relationships with their families, peers, and communities - laying the foundation for lifelong success.

The Torch Foundation offers free, two-day workshops for teens attending middle school and high school. These workshops are followed by a month of coaching to ensure meaningful, lasting growth.
