Abortion Freedom Fund (AFF) is a national abortion fund helping people cover the cost of abortion care via telehealth and pills by mail.

As medication abortion becomes one of the most common forms of abortion care in the United States, the people making that care possible are being asked to do more with less. Providers, abortion funds, and organizations mailing abortion pills across the country are navigating increasing patient demand and legal hostility, often without sustainable funding or institutional support.

AFF partners with pill by mail abortion providers and community networks to ensure that abortion seekers living in all states are able to access abortion care with pills, regardless of zip code or income.
