Hello my name is Antavious! I will be joining LSN as a freshman and I’m excited to start this high school football career. I have loved the game since I was 4yrs old growing up in Dallas, Tx it’s nothing better than those Friday night lights shining on that football field. My Mommy had me as a single woman at 20yrs old. We love to joke about us being Tasha Mack and Malik from a popular tv show called The Game. It was a show but my life fit this narrative perfectly. Starting out we didn’t have much but my Mommy always found us happiness and joy every single day. When I first started flag I was a bit scared and my Mommy walked up to me and said son “ You will soon learn your own strength and I’m going to cheer you on til you find it”. I cried a lot at practice the other kids would over power me in drill and agility often. Then one day I looked up and saw my Mommy say “ Don’t let them knock you down again, show them your strength” My first tackle and strength test was the most fantastic rush in my heart I’d ever felt. Now I’m 5’11 and 241lbs of pure strength and power. I’m offense lineman both guard and tackle on the strong side. My job is to keep my body solid to protect my quarterback and hold my line accountable. Every time I step out on that field I’m chasing my first high of learning my own strength and endurance. I’m only getting started I will not give up ever. I have to be under those live NFL Sunday night lights. If you want to witness it be the first of many to help me get there. I thank you for reading and any donations are far too kind.
