save animal lives & give human bereavement support

Your tax-deductible contribution will help us establish a strong foundation from which to grow. Once we purchase a carefarm, your generosity will immediately go toward:

• building animal-centered homes
• purchasing necessary food, supplements, and medical supplies for each rescued animal we bring to the carefarm
• establishing warm and welcoming play therapy and counseling spaces for those ages 3+ and their parents/caregivers to support reflection and mourning after the death of an important person
• ensuring access to important farm-based equipment for tasks and property maintenance.

A portion of every donation will go toward:

• an animal medical emergency fund
• large farm projects 
• bereavement support financial assistance fund

Your support will help build a financial assistance fund for folks visiting the carefarm who are in need of monetary support. A conservative estimate by Fox et al. (2014, as cited in Cacciatore et al., 2020) states that the death of a child costs a family approximately $22,000 in the first year and significantly impacts them financially long-term. We want to help families who are burdened with numerous costs and remove this barrier so they can receive necessary support.
