Hello there, I'm Victor Morales, the founder of Parabola Coffee Roasting Co. Five years ago, we embarked on a journey to celebrate Latin American coffees while nurturing our beloved San Diego community. Three and a half years ago, we proudly opened the Parabola Coffee Shop inside a local brewery tap room on March 7th, 2020. Unfortunately, our timing couldn't have been worse as we faced the challenges of a global pandemic in our very first month of operation as new business owners. Against the odds, we persevered, and we're eternally grateful for that.

Today, we find ourselves at a crossroads once again, not due to a global pandemic but because our in-house North Park brewery is closing its doors for good. We feel a deep sadness for their journey's end, and yet, for Parabola Coffee, this marks the start of a new chapter.

The reality is, Parabola Coffee Roasting Co. urgently needs a new place to call home. This is why I'm reaching out to the wonderful San Diego community that we've had the privilege of serving for the past five years.
