Every child deserves the chance to step into adulthood with confidence, hope, and the tools they need to succeed. Yet many youth in foster care approach this transition without the safety net, guidance, or life-skills support that their peers often receive.
At We Are Loved, we believe every young person should have the opportunity to grow into their full potential. That is why we are launching the LUV (Learning Unique Values) Program, a hands-on life-skills and mentorship initiative designed specifically for children and teens in foster care.
⸻
When youth age out of foster care, they often face overwhelming challenges without the support systems many families take for granted. Budgeting, cooking, communication, financial literacy, planning for a career, and even basic life navigation can feel impossible without guidance.
The LUV Program was created to change that.
Through practical workshops, supportive mentorship, and interactive experiences, we help each youth learn the essential skills needed for independence. Our goal is to empower them with knowledge and confidence while surrounding them with positive role models who believe in their future.
This program fills a critical gap, giving youth the structure and support they deserve as they work toward stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
