Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting the Road Map Project, a collective impact initiative that brings people and organizations together to work toward the same goal of improving educational outcomes for youth in South Seattle and South King County.

We believe that every student deserves a quality education, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status. However, systemic racism and other forms of oppression have created barriers to educational equity for many students in our community. Your donation will help us continue to provide data, research, communications, program, logistical, and other supports in service to this initiative.

Our work involves organizing the educational ecosystem through the lens of leading with race and centering community. We use the Equity Transformation Cycle to transform educational systems. This cycle includes five stages: (1) Building a foundation for change, (2) Analyzing root causes of inequities, (3) Developing and implementing strategies to address root causes, (4) Monitoring progress and making course corrections, and (5) Sustaining and scaling change .
