Laker Club is an enthusiastic volunteer organization open to all parents and guardians of Lake Oswego High School students. Our mission is to encourage parent involvement with Lake Oswego High School and provide volunteer assistance to teachers, students and administrators. In addition, Laker Club funds enrichment of academic, fine arts and performing arts programs, student activities, and athletics. All parents and guardians are members as long as they have a student attending LOHS. Together we make a positive difference to students’ scholastic and extracurricular experience at Lake Oswego High School.
We have moved away from formal auction fundraising and smaller fundraisers throughout the year and have been able to use a more direct, inclusive and streamlined approach that puts funds into the classroom at the beginning of the school year. This has allowed our administration to hone in on the most effective use of funds throughout the year. All monies will go towards fulfilling Laker Club Teacher Grants, and these funds will cover a myriad of enhancements to our school and classrooms.
