Latin Band

Lakeside Pride Latin Band (LPLB) offers engaging performances with a selection of music that is recognizable, danceable, and full of energy. Our charismatic musicians love engaging with audiences by teaching dance moves, encouraging sing-a-longs, and starting conga lines! We have a diverse ensemble of half of our musicians representing the Black, Latinx, and Filipino communities. Our mission is to weave the beautiful tapestry of Latin music into the hearts of predominantly Latinx communities in and around Chicago, rejoicing in their vibrant cultures and music.

Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles is Chicago’s premier family of performance groups for members and friends of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community.
