Every year around this time, I reflect on the moments that define our mission at Latoya’s Legacy—the heartbreaks that remind us how much work there is to do, and the triumphs that show just how transformative time, love, and medical care can be for cats society has left behind.

Every day in our community, countless cats are homeless. They are pets that have been abandoned when their owners moved, left behind when they outgrew their kitten charm, or forgotten when the person who fed them—their whole world—passed away.

These cats are tired. They are hungry. They are scared.
But at Latoya’s Legacy Sanctuary, we see them.

Your donations make the work we do possible—providing a safe shelter, lifesaving vet care, and bowls filled with food every day. Without you, none of this would happen.
