As we get ready to celebrate Laz's fourth birthday, we hope to give back in honor of the NICU that truly saved his life.

Laz has exceeded so many incredible milestones. Born with an APGAR of just 1 at 30 weeks, we weren't sure what milestones he'd reach. Being able to celebrate each and every little and big milestone can bring hope to parents facing the NICU.

We hope to be able to donate Milestone Badge Kits in honor of Laz's journey to help other families celebrate each milestone and focus on hope.

About Milestone Badge Kits:

These badges kits mark a key milestones each ICU child celebrates. Milestones include such achievements as: getting off a ventilator, CPAP, nasal cannula, doubling birth weight, first bottle, coming off nitrate and caffeine, passing a car seat test and so much more. So much is taken from a NICU parent, we miss out on maternity sessions, newborn photos, monthly photos without your child being in an isolate or having tubes attached to them and so on. This initiative provides parents with a little sense of normacy.
