The LeadHER: Empowering Black women in their leadership journey

LeadHER recognizes the unique challenges faced by Black women and aims to provide a supportive and enriching environment to help them excel in leadership roles in the nonprofit and education sectors. At Connections Multiplied, Too we work to LeadH.E.R.: Honor, Empower, Rise, which encapsulates the core mission of programming of Connections Multiplied, Too. To Lead:HER we work to:

• Honor: Acknowledging and celebrating the achievements and unique challenges of Black women in leadership.

• Empower: Providing resources, support, and opportunities to enhance their leadership skills and confidence.

• Rise: Encouraging growth and elevation to higher positions of influence and responsibility.
