Legacy Ball Sponsorship

The annual Legacy Ball is an evening filled with fine dining, live entertainment, and dancing. The celebratory setting is also an occasion to show appreciation to supporters and partners while honoring outstanding community leaders with the R.H. Boyd Humanitarian, Service, and Excellence awards. Scholarship and grant recipients are also given an opportunity to express their appreciation to the endowment fund and its support.

Proceeds from the Legacy Ball directly benefit the R.H. Boyd Family Endowment Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students and contributions to non-profit organizations with a targeted focus on elevating and supporting disenfranchised communities. Since 1981, the R.H. Boyd Family Endowment Fund has given more than $1,000,000 through scholarships, helping numerous non-profit organizations further their missions, and giving oversight to the Historic Boyd House renovation on the campus of Fisk University.
