Liberty Prairie (formerly Liberty Prairie Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Grayslake, Illinois. We grow organic vegetables, regeneratively manage land, and provide immersive learning experiences on our 95-acre conservation farm. In the Liberty Prairie Farm Store, we feature over 40 regional farm and food entrepreneurs, providing these partners with access to a year-round market and increasing access to high-quality food in northeast Illinois.
