At Puppies & Pilates, participants get the chance to flow through a beginner-friendly pilates session while playful puppies scamper, cuddle, and spread happiness around the room. Every stretch and every smile supports a bigger mission: helping homeless pets in our community find their forever homes.

Not only will you leave feeling centered, refreshed, and maybe a little sweaty—you’ll also leave knowing you’ve made a difference. All proceeds from Puppies & Pilates go directly toward caring for the animals at Pope County Humane Society, from food and medical care to finding loving families.
