The Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) College Club at Lone Star College-Tomball is a student-led organization committed to promoting inclusion, respect, and understanding through unified activities that bring together students with and without intellectual disabilities. The club is part of the national Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools® initiative and provides opportunities for all students to engage in sports, leadership development, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.

Founded on the principles of unity and social impact, the SOTX College Club partners closely with Special Olympics Texas to support inclusive programming both on campus and in the community. Members of the club organize and participate in Unified Sports events, volunteer at local competitions, and host awareness campaigns that foster a sense of belonging for everyone.

At its core, the club empowers students to be change agents, creating a campus environment where diversity is celebrated and every person is seen and valued. Whether through service, sport, or friendship, the Special Olympics Texas College Club at LSC-Tomball is building a more inclusive world—one relationship at a time.
