Meet Kenzie. The sweetest, goofiest, most loving little girl you will ever meet. Kenzie suffers from Glut-1 Deficiency which among many other symptoms including developmental disabilities, causes her to have hundreds of seizures every day. Most of the time they are harmless, but when they aren't, they aren't. She has knocked out her front tooth, broken her clavicle, and has had more banged up knees and face injuries than I can count. Right now, this disease doesn't have a cure... but every day we get closer and closer. There are trials right now that are having success and although I've never asked for donations before, I truly believe that now is the most critical time in the development of treatments than ever before. All donations collected before the end of February will be matched up to $100,000, and I'm hoping that we can all come together, for Kenzie and those just like her to possible put an end to this horrible disease, and allow them to live the life that they deserve. So join Kenzie and I, and the rest of our family on our race for a cure!
