Join us in the month of April to push-up victims of sexual assault.  This important fundraiser provides support to victims during crisis and the healing process after crisis.  Every push-up done and dollar raised directly supports someone in our community facing sexual assault or domestic violence. As a community our goal is to complete 38,130 total Push-Ups in April. What is your personal goal? Do push-ups any way you can, anywhere you can. Push yourself to have good form and do as many regular push-ups as you can. But knee push-ups count too and help make you stronger! Toe push-ups count as 1 point and knee/modification push-ups count as 1/2 point. We have designed some daily challenges to help with your own challenge. You can find the beginner, intermediate or advanced challenges on our website along with good form videos curtesy of CrossFit Pagosa. This will help you decide what your goal for the month is and also set daily goals. Of course, you can always set your own goals too!
