Thomas came to Sammie's Friends as an abandoned puppy. We soon discovered that he is not only deaf but also has a genetic defect in his front left limb. This defect caused the premature closure of the distal physis (the growth plate at the bottom of the femur), leading to abnormal growth in his leg. To correct this condition, Thomas requires specialized surgery performed by a certified orthopedic specialist.
This extensive surgical procedure, along with the necessary X-rays, comes with a significant cost.
Thomas deserves a life free from pain. With your support, we can give him the chance to run, play, and thrive—just like every puppy should. Please help us make Thomas's bright future a reality!
