Uptilt Film Fest is the ONLY female and female-identifying film festival in all of North and South Carolina.

We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit, volunteer-based festival that encourages and celebrates diversity and showcases films made by women and gender-expansive filmmakers from all over the world. We also provide scholarships to emerging female filmmakers, reimburse submission fees and provide screening fees for filmmakers.

We believe visual story telling has the power to promote positive change in our community and the world.
