A one-of-a-kind monumental luminous glass traveling work of public art and community gathering space, the Luminous Community Center is the vision of Black and Jewish native Angeleno artist, Nikolas Soren Goodich.

It is a “third space” for our multicultural communities to come together, get connected, build empowerment, and create lasting forms of positive change.

Our goal is for the Luminous Community Center to debut May 1, 2028, at the South Park Recreation Center in South Central Los Angeles, where it will be hosted for one year, before traveling to Washington DC, to Brooklyn, NY, across the country and around the world!
